Established in Singapore in 2004, OAI began as a modest on-demand aviation labour supply company. Over the years, we have continuously strengthened our network, resources, and capabilities to provide strong support to our clients across various industries.
OAI is an approved Aviation Industry Labour Supplier recognised by the Ministry of Manpower. In the same year, the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) designated OAI as a key participant in the tripartite initiative supporting programs of Singapore’s National Trades Union Congress aimed at nationwide workforce upskilling.
