Chief Executive Officer, Will Group Inc.

Yuichi Sumi’s journey with Will Group began over 20 years ago as a business development graduate. Since then, he has progressed in various roles throughout the organisation, to now President of Will Group, Inc. His leadership is embodied by the ‘New Will, One Will’ statement, that signifies Will Group’s commitment to being a positive change agent group. Grounded by his belief in human potential, his vision encapsulates a holistic approach towards working, learning, and living, represented in the acronym WILL.

Hideo Murakami

Chief Executive Officer, Will International

Hideo Murakami was appointed as the CEO of Will International with a vision to strengthen global collaboration and maximize the Group’s collective strengths worldwide. Aligned with Will Group’s vision of “Creating positive impact for individuals and organisation”, he aims to create new opportunities for clients, employees, and communities through people-centered solutions and innovation. Believing in the unique potential of each Group company, he aims to expand Will International’s global impact while fostering an environment where individuals and organizations can grow together and lead more positive and fulfilling lives.

Ryosuke Ikeda

Founder and Chairman, Will Group Inc.

As Founder and the former President of Will Group Inc., Ryosuke Ikeda was there at Will Group’s humble beginnings, when Saint Media Inc. was established in 1997. In his time as President, Ikeda grew the company from a Japanese domestic business with 3 team members, to a Tokyo stock exchange listed company, with multiple domestic and overseas subsidiaries and over 6000 team members across the group. In 2023, Ikeda retired from his position as President and now resides as Chairman of the Will Group Inc. board.
