We are thrilled to announce that Yuichi Sumi was officially appointed as the new President of Will Group, Inc. on Saturday 24 June!
Yuichi Sumi’s journey with Will Group, began in 2003 as a business development graduate. Since then, he has progressed in various roles throughout the organisation. These roles include: business development for Will Group’s manufacturing sector, Manager at Glorious, Inc., Sales Director at WillOf Work, Inc., Chief Executive Officer of WillOf Construction, to now President of Will Group, Inc.
His leadership is embodied by the ‘New Will, One Will’ statement, that signifies Will Group’s commitment to being a positive change agent group. Grounded by his belief in human potential, his vision encapsulates a holistic approach towards working, learning, and living, represented in the acronym WILL.
Under his leadership, Will looks to continue providing exceptional services to our many global clients and candidates.
