Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Will International values D&I at all levels. With operations in 22 countries, a workforce representing 40 nationalities, and 48 languages spoken, we embrace the richness of perspectives and ideas that come with our global reach. Our inclusive environment fosters innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
Workforce and Leadership Gender Diversity We are proud of our commitment to gender equality, with a workforce that is 65% female and 35% male, and leadership that is balanced at 51% female and 49% male. This balance reflects our dedication to ensuring equal opportunities for all.
Support for Disability Inclusion In addition to gender diversity, 2.5% of our workforce comprises individuals with disabilities. Will International takes deliberate actions to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
Culture Champion Network (CCN) Our CCN plays a crucial role in maintaining the relevance and impact of our D&I initiatives. Reporting to Will’s Executive Leadership Team, the network engages in open dialogue and represents a rich cross-section of broader society, ensuring our people-first initiatives remain strong and effective.
Learning and Development for D&I We provide comprehensive onboarding and training to help team members understand their role in fostering a culture of D&I. Approximately 70 leaders participate in continuous skill enhancement programs focused on personal effectiveness, influential communication, fostering engagement, and building strong and inclusive teams.
